dutch baby

When a couple we met in Grant’s A-100 training class got married, we sent them a 10-inch nonstick fry pan as a wedding gift. In their thank you note, they included one of their favorite recipes for the pan. We happened to have received a 10-inch nonstick in our wedding presents, so Grant immediately tried it out. He made five in two days!

  1. I love these! My family calls them hootenanny pancakes (i don’t know why), and top them with sour cream and strawberry jam. Yum!
